How to Open an Account

To open a Water/Sewer/Garbage account, you can apply for utilities by clicking the link to the left, or you can come to the water utility services office located at the Centerpointe Plaza, 1030 Andrews Hwy Suite 220. Please bring a valid form of identification along with your lease/closing paperwork. Valid forms of identification are considered to be a driver's license with a picture on it, or any official form of picture identification issued by a governmental entity.

How to Close an Account

To terminate a Water/Sewer/Garbage account, you can click the Termination Request link on the left side of this page, or stop by the utility services office at the Centerpointe plaza, 1030 Andrews Hwy Suite 220.

How to Make a Payment

Payments may be mailed in the convenient return envelope provided with your water bill, you may make your payments in person at the Central Cashier's Office located on the first floor of City Hall, or we will be happy to draft your bank account. Additionally, we have an after-hours depository at City Hall located on the east side of the building.

Payments may be made at any of the following Mr. Payroll locations:

 MR. PAYROLL LOCATIONS

Mr. Payroll is the only contractually authorized location to make normal payments on your bill, located outside of City Hall. There are NO other locations authorized by the City of Midland to accept payments on your bill.

Bank Drafting

An easy way to pay your water bill is to sign up for bank drafting. There is no cost to you and your payment will be automatically drafted from your bank account on a monthly basis. You will still receive your monthly bill so you can monitor your usage.
