Clinical Services

The purpose of this section is to ensure public health through direct and preventative services, communicable disease control and surveillance, and education to the community.

Adult Health
Preventive health care for adults including blood pressure screening,  immunizations, and diabetes screening.
  

Diabetes Screening

  
Diabetes screening provided for adults 18 and older at no charge on a walk in basis during clinic hours. 
  

Pregnancy Tests

 
Urine and blood testing are available. Counseling and referral provided.
 
Notifiable Diseases / Reportable Conditions
Community prevention, case reporting specific confirmatory testing, surveillance, and recommended follow-up, vaccinations or treatment.

HIV
Confidential or anonymous blood testing for the virus that causes AIDS. Counseling and referral provided.

Sexually Transmitted Infections
Confidential testing, diagnosis and treatment for syphilis, gonorrhea and chlamydia on a walk-in basis and on scheduled clinic days.

Tuberculosis Control
Monthly TB clinic, case reporting, medical evaluations, directly observed therapy, preventative therapy, individual and group TB testing.
