New Utility Billing Portal Info.

The City of Midland is pleased to announce our new City of Midland Utility Billing Portal will launch May 2, 2023. 


Pay your bill without creating a login or create a login and have access to additional features below:

  • Ability to manage your profile and add guest access.
  • Link multiple utility accounts under one log-in
  • Ability to view consumption and billed usage.
  • Ability to set account thresholds and alerts.
  • Paperless Billing (e-Billing)

 Customers wishing to access to reporting and other features will be required to:

  1. Update the password on the new site on the first use. From the home screen click forgot password and enter the email address used to set up the existing account.  
  2.  Re-register for Auto-Pay within the new portal
