We are always seeking ways to better serve you – our Valued Customer – in a more efficient manner. With that focus, the City of Midland is pleased to announce a change coming with our Billing System. We will be moving to new software and adding a new Customer Portal starting March 30, 2020.
Some of the changes you can look forward to:
An improved payment website. The new website contains features to help you better manage your own account.
After you receive your account number, you will need to sign up for our new Customer Portal https://waterbill.midlandtexas.gov/ to access your account information starting on Tuesday, March 31.
Any prior auto pay/login details will not be transferred.
Like most transitions in online software, there will be a period of change for user accounts. Customer Service will provide online account support as well as telephone support.
