Vendor Self Service (VSS)


The City Of Midland’s Vendor Self-Service (VSS) system allows you, as a vendor, to manage your own account information, update demographics and commodity interests, and browse bid solicitations. All vendors conducting business with the City will be required to register as a vendor in order to receive payments.

To LOGIN or REGISTER as a new vendor click on the button below to accept the Terms and Conditions and the General Conditions of Bidding to continue to VSS.

If you disagree with the Terms and Conditions click on the decline button below to be rerouted to the Purchasing Department’s homepage or click on the Public Access button to view Current Bid Solicitations without logging in; however, you will not be able to submit any responses.
