Customer Service Utility Payment Portal Assistance

The City of Midland Customer Service Department will host three opportunities for residents seeking assistance utilizing the new Utility Payment Portal.

 

  1. Tuesday, June 6, 2023, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Midland Senior Center, 3303 W Illinois Ave Suite 18
  2. Wednesday, June 7, 2023, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Southeast Senior Center, 1803 E. Indiana Ave.
  3. Saturday, June 10, 2023, 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. Centennial Library, 2503 W. Loop 250 N.

 

Representatives with Customer Service will have laptops ready to walk customers through the new portal. Residents should bring a water bill with the account number or a picture ID.
