The Midland High School Homecoming Parade will affect traffic around downtown during the afternoon peak on Thursday, September 19, 2019. Drivers should avoid A St. between Wadley Ave. and Wall St. on Thursday afternoon.
The parade will start at 6:00 PM and road closures will move with the parade as it travels south from Windlands Park to Midland High. Access to A St. from both Wadley Ave. and Illinois Ave. may be restricted starting earlier than 6 pm to allow for event preparations.
