UPDATES TO THE MILL AND INLAY SCHEDULE FOR CENTRAL MIDLAND

MIDLAND, TEXAS -- The City of Midland wanted to remind residents of mill and inlay projects currently taking place as well provide information of those scheduled to begin next week.
Mill and Inlay prevents the City from having to perform full street reconstruction, which is more costly, more invasive and time-consuming.
