City works on first ‘dangerous structure’ demolition project

MIDLAND, TEXAS -- The City of Midland worked on the demolition of this vacant, fire-damaged “dangerous structure” in the 500 block of South Loraine Street.
The city has set aside federal funding to help eliminate high-risk structures. The hope is elimination of dilapidated and dangerous structures will encourage redevelopment.
