EZ-Rider bus system shows growth to start 2024

EZ-RIDER BUS SYSTEM SHOWS 32.4% GROWTH IN MIDLAND

MIDLAND, TEXAS -- The Midland-Odessa Urban Transit District showed that the number of EZ-Rider bus system passengers grew by 32.4% in February.

The number of fixed-route passengers 10,472 easily beat the numbers from February 2023 when 7,905 passengers were counted. Midland’s total also was better than January (10,322) and was better than Odessa during the month of February (10,325). 

That total does not include the 1,453 passengers who used the paratransit system in Midland. In Odessa that total was 769.
