It’s that time of year again! Summer is in full swing, and we are sending out invitations to all golfers who golfed in the Permian Basin SPE Golf tournament last year. We are doing things a little differently this year. We are using a web-based organization that should hopefully make this easier for everyone. No more filling out forms and emailing them to me. Also, if you want to sponsor something, please reach out to Jeanette Reyes or me. We can help you with that if you choose to pay via check.

Also, we are giving out Oakley sunglasses to each player this year instead of the goodie bags!
Here’s a quick overview of what has changed this year:
- You can pay for your team, sponsorship, raffle tickets, and buy squares online. You will still need to check in to get your tickets and fill out the squares day of.
- If you plan to pay by check, please call either Jeannette or me.
- Please fill out your team information with names and phone numbers or email addresses. We will be sending out any updates via the website. You can always edit your team members if needed.
- You can save you card on file for payment for raffle tickets and squares day of.
- If you are a sponsor, pay for your sponsorship first. You will be sent an email with a discount code for your teams. There will be a link in that email. Follow that and pay for your teams and enter the Promo Code.
- If you do not get a code and you choose to sponsor, please email me and we will get it taken care of for you.
- If you have any questions, please feel free to email, text, or call me.
Seriously, please let me know if you have any questions, even if you just want to verify your entry. It is first come, first served, so please do not hesitate if you have having issues with the website. This email is first being sent to all participants from last year. We will then wait a week (until after July 4th) to start posting it on social media. We look forward to seeing everyone out there again this year!
