HEALTH SERVICES PROVIDES MORE THAN 2,200 VACCINES DURING 3-MONTH PERIOD

MIDLAND COUNTY -- Midland Health Department reports from October through December included providing more than 2,276 vaccines for city/county residents.
Services also were provided for more than 762 younger residents (18 and younger) during the last quarter of calendar year 2025. Lastly, the Health Department officials were responsible for 329 inspections, 129 patient referrals and investigating 54 complaints.
Community outreach events during that time included seeing more than 2,700 people during the Fall Festival & Resource Fair, Hands of Hope and a Trunk or Treat event in October and more than 3,000 people at the Feast of Sharing and Warm Hearts events.
Clinics included an Early Vaccine Clinic and Tdap Event at Casa de Amigos in October, an early clinic in November and a flu clinic in December.
