Drainage Improvements

City crews will continue making drainage improvements on Cuthbert Avenue at Marienfeld Street the week of May 15th. Cuthbert Ave. will be open, but construction work will continue in the area. Drivers are asked to exercise caution while in the area.  

Drainage Improvements

City crews will continue making drainage improvements on Lamesa Rd. at Gist Avenue the week of May 15th. Lamesa north and south bound traffic will be maintained throughout the project but lane closures will be utilized. Drivers are asked to use caution in the area.

COMPASS Project on Rhode Island Avenue and South N Street:

The contractor is completing construction on Rhode Island Avenue from South Garfield Street to South L Street and on South N Street from West New Jersey Avenue to West Carter Avenue. The Contractor is constructing sidewalk and ramps.  Access to businesses may be interrupted during the day.

COMPASS Project on Montgomery from Rankin Highway to Moran Street:

The contractor is widening Montgomery from Rankin Highway to Moran Street.  The Contractor is nearing completion of the work and traffic may encounter short term lane closures at various locations.

Utility Extension Program near Washington Park:

Drivers should expect temporary lane closures during this construction.

Utility Extension Program on Wolcott from Belmont to Baird Streets:

The entire road is closed to through traffic.  Access is being allowed only for landowners on the street.

Drivers should expect temporary lane closures during this construction
