MPD BOMB SQUAD TO HOST MEDIA DAY

MIDLAND, TEXAS -- The Midland Police Department’s Bomb Squad will host a media day at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 3, for reporters and those individuals and companies that donated equipment to the Bomb Squad.
The two-hour event will take place at the Midland Police Department Range -- 4214 East Farm-to-Market Road 307 -- and will include an overview of the Bomb Squad's mission and importance to the community, will highlight community partnerships and will provide an interactive demonstration.
There will be opportunities to take pictures and video of the equipment in action during the presentation.
