CITY'S JENNIFER FRESCAZ RECEIVES WOMEN IN TECHNOLOGY AWARD

MIDLAND, TEXAS -- Congratulations to Jennifer Frescaz on her outstanding achievement of winning the Beth Ann Unger Women in Technology Award for 2024 at the recent Texas Association of Governmental Information Technology Managers conference.
“Jennifer's dedication, hard work and expertise have been recognized with this prestigious award,” City Manager Tommy Gonzalez stated in a message to City of Midland Employees. “The award highlights her exceptional contributions to the field of technology within our city and throughout the IT Industry in municipal government. Her innovative approach, leadership qualities and commitment to excellence have been recognized by her receiving this award. One of the many reasons why she was selected to be a Managing Director for Human Capital and Information Technology in our organization.”
