The Engineering Services Division is responsible for permitting construction activities within the City of Midland's right-of-way. This includes regulating the activities of utility companies with significant infrastructure in the city's roadways.
Through effective permitting and coordination, we aim to ensure that all construction activities are well organized and that impacts are minimized to reduce public inconvenience, guarantee proper street repairs, and enforce all regulations appropriately.
