Anyone 18 years and older with a valid ID can foster an animal. No prior animal care experience is required.
The length of time varies based on animal needs. Some may only need a few days of rest, while others may need a few weeks to recover, grow, or build confidence.

Animals recovering from illness or injury
Pets needing socialization or stress relief outside of the shelter
Yes! However, your pets should be up-to-date on vaccinations and spayed/neutered. It's recommended to keep fosters separated, especially if they are very young or recovering from illness.
Thats's wonderful! Once your foster is ready for adoption, you may apply to adopt through the standard Midland Animal Services adoption process.
