Update the password on the new site on the first use. From the home screen, click forgot password and enter the email address used to set up the existing account.

If you would like to request your Utility information available please download the Utility Disclosure Form and submit the completed form by email to cs@midlandtexas.gov or mail to Customer Service PO Box 1152 Midland, Texas 79702-1152
