2024 Midland Water Quality Report - Consumer Confidence Report
This annual report provides a transparent overview of the quality, safety, and reliability of Midland’s drinking water. It outlines key data from January 1 through December 31, 2024, and confirms that our water system meets or exceeds all federal and state water quality standards set by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).

Watering Schedule
The current outdoor watering schedule allows residents and businesses in the City of Midland to water four times per week.
- Even-numbered addresses may water outdoors on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- Odd-numbered addresses may water outdoors on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
Any violation may result in a fine of up to $500.

Midland is currently under Stage 1 (Mild) Water Shortage Conditions:

In order to manage limited Water supplies and/or reduce Water demand, the City of Midland shall implement the following measures: reduced flushing of Water mains, reduced irrigation of public landscaped areas, and increased use of alternative supply source(s).
