Current Water and Sewer Rates
The City’s water and sewer services are self-funded, meaning they generate their own revenue through providing water and wastewater services to Midlanders, in order to break even on the cost of infrastructure and delivery.

The sewer structure is based on the amount of wastewater you discharge into the City’s system, rather than a flat rate that may or may not reflect your usage each month. The charge for residential customers is determined by winter water use averages.
