Municipal Court Record Requests

In accordance with Section 552.003(1)(B) of the Texas Government Code, judicial records are excluded from the Texas Public Information Act. Instead, access to judicial records is governed by Texas Supreme Court rules, the Local City of Midland Municipal Court Rules, and other applicable statutes or rules. When available and in accordance with relevant law, municipal court records may be accessed. 

The City of Midland Municipal Court will respond within ten business days to information requests. Failure to provide specific information will result in the delay in fulfilling your request. Therefore, please provide all relevant information when submitting a request.
