PermiaCare and Centers for Children and Families have partnered together to bring FREE counseling services in response to the shootings.
Counselors will be set up at Centers for Children and Families (both Midland and Odessa locations) from 10am to 7pm today (9/11) and tomorrow (9/12) and 10am to 4:30pm on Friday (9/13).
