The Midland Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying three persons of interest in connection with a homicide that took place earlier this month.
On Nov. 10, Midland police were called out to the 500 block of South Carver and found 27-year-old Humberto Joshua Ramos lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds. Ramos later died at Midland Memorial Hospital.
Detectives would like to speak with the three men shown in these surveillance photos. Any individuals with information that can help identify these individuals are asked to call MPD at 432-685-7108 or Midland Crime Stoppers at 432-694-TIPS. All tips will remain anonymous.
