The City of Midland has prepared its Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report on community development and housing funds from Oct. 1, 2013 through Sept. 30 of this year.
At the end of each fiscal year, the CAPER details Midland’s accomplishments toward addressing needs identified in Midland’s five-year Consolidated Plan for Community Development and Housing funds.
The CAPER has been made available for public viewing at the following locations:
City Secretary’s Office – 300 N. Loraine (Room 330 at City Hall)
Midland County Public Library – 301 W. Missouri Ave.Midland County Centennial Branch Library – 2503 W. Loop 250
Casa de Amigos – 1101 E. Garden LaneSoutheast Community Senior Center – 1803 E. Indiana Ave.

Citizen commentary is requested in written form by Dec. 15 to the City’s Community Development Office at P.O. Box 1152, Midland, Texas, 79702. The final report will include a citizen comment section and be available at the City Secretary’s Office after the end of the year.###
