If you have a warrant, now is the time to take care of it to avoid being served by an officer at your door.
The City of Midland Municipal Court, in conjunction with the Midland Police Department and more than 250 law enforcement agencies across the state, will participate in the 2015 Great Texas Warrant Roundup starting Saturday, March 7.
Beginning March 7, Midland Police Officers and Court Warrant Officers will begin actively serving warrants. These officers will locate individuals with warrants at their homes, place of employment or any other address.
Notices have been mailed to defendants with outstanding warrants to notify them that they have an active warrant and to contact the Municipal Court before being arrested. Citizens with warrants in jurisdictions other than the City of Midland should contact those jurisdictions for information about how to clear those warrants.
If you are concerned that you have an outstanding City of Midland warrant, you are encouraged to contact the Midland Municipal Court immediately to find out what options or arrangements might be available. You can avoid the lines by paying your citation online at www.midlandmunicipalcourt.com. For warrant information, you may contact the court at 432-685-7308 or 432-685-7314.
Individuals with outstanding City of Midland warrants have a variety of options to pay their citations. Cash, money order, Visa or MasterCard will be accepted. Personal checks are not accepted for warrant violations.
The Midland Municipal Court is located at 406 E. Illinois Ave. and open from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, and from 8:30 a.m.-7 p.m. on Thursday. The City of Midland Municipal Court's mailing address is P.O. Box 1152 Midland, Texas 79702.
