The City of Midland's offices will be closed on Friday for New Year's Day.
Solid Waste will not pick up dumpsters on Friday. Regular roll-out cart service will take place on Thursday, and roll-out carts that are normally picked up on Friday will be picked up on Saturday.
The Citizens Collection Station and Landfill will be closed Friday and resume regular hours on Saturday.
Emergency personnel will work normal shifts to provide services to the community and City offices will re-open on Monday, Jan. 4.
