The City of Midland will be closed for Labor Day on Monday, Sept. 5.
In observance of this holiday, City of Midland offices will be closed on Monday.
There will be no trash pickup on Monday except for residential roll out cart customers, whose collection schedule will remain unchanged. The Citizens Collection Station located at 4100 Smith Road and the City of Midland Landfill will be closed Monday. Solid Waste collection will continue Tuesday with extended hours through the week to catch up on trash collection.
Emergency personnel will work normal shifts to provide services to the community.
City offices will re-open on Tuesday, Sept. 6.
